Miguel Martínez

Operations Director

Leads the organization’s operational strategy in Guatemala, overseeing project execution, community partnerships, and coordination with local and international allies. Manages and supports the field and administrative teams to ensure efficient implementation of programs and high-quality service to the families and communities we serve.

Ranferí Vásquez

Project Manager

Ranferi has been part of Constru Casa since 2006. As the manager of construction projects, he is responsible for planning, verifying, and implementing the construction process alongside his own team of masons. He is highly skilled in various trades, including but not limited to masonry, mechanics, and operation of heavy equipment.

Julissa Alvarenga

RRPP & Volunteer Coordinator

Julissa, oversees fundraising campaigns and coordinates the volunteer program. Her responsibilities include planning, executing fundraising initiatives, and nurturing donor relationships to support our mission.

Sofía García

Development Program Administrator

Responsible for strategic planning, coordination of social development projects, direct support to beneficiary families, and overall program logistics.

Alejandra Barrillas

Communications DIrector

Alejandra oversees social media planning, digital communication, photography, copywriting, and the design of the quarterly newsletter. Her role is essential for maintaining an effective online presence and clearly communicating the impact of our work in the communities we serve.

Martha Tobar

Financial and Administrative Assistant

She suppors accounting, administrative tasks, and HR to ensure transparent operations that help dignified housing reach more Guatemalan families.
