Project Manager

Ranferi has been part of Constru Casa since 2006. As the manager of construction projects, he is responsible for planning, verifying, and implementing the construction process alongside his own team of masons. He is highly skilled in various trades, including but not limited to masonry, mechanics, and operation of heavy equipment.

Sofía García

Development Program Administrator

Responsible for strategic planning, coordination of social development projects, direct support to beneficiary families, and overall program logistics.

Martha Tobar

Financial and Administrative Assistant

She supports accounting and administrative tasks to ensure transparent operations that help dignified housing reach more Guatemalan families.

Abby Meza

Volunteer and Communications Coordinator

Abby coordinates the organization’s volunteer program and communication strategy. She enhances our digital presence and creates meaningful volunteer experiences to ensure their support leads to tangible community impact.

Ana Isabel Barrera

Operations Assistant

Ana is responsible for providing key support as an Operations Assistant, optimizing the organization’s internal processes and day-to-day logistics. Her work ensures the administrative efficiency needed for the entire team to function in perfect harmony and for projects to move forward successfully.

Davy is in charge of the organization’s fundraising and public relations strategy. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships with donors and strengthening our institutional presence to ensure the success of our programs.
