Julysa: RRPP and Volunteer Coordinator
Julissa, oversees fundraising campaigns and coordinates the volunteer program. Her responsibilities include planning, executing fundraising initiatives, and nurturing donor relationships to support our mission.

Ranferí: Project Coordinator
Ranferi has been part of Constru Casa since 2006. As the manager of construction projects, he is responsible for planning, verifying, and implementing the construction process alongside his own team of masons. He is highly skilled in various trades, including but not limited to masonry, mechanics, and operation of heavy equipment.

Martha: Financial/Administrative Assistant and Human Resources
She currently serves as the Financial and Administrative Assistant at Constru Casa, where she contributes her accounting, administrative, and human resources expertise. She is committed to ensuring that social assistance through dignified housing reaches more Guatemalans in a transparent manner.

Claudia: Social Worker:
Claudia, works closely with families through our Follow-Up Plan program to ensure they achieve lasting social impact. She oversees family progress, designs tailored interventions, and strengthens community well-being in alignment with our mission.

Alejandra: Communications
Alejandra, oversees social media planning, digital communication, photography, copywriting, quarterly newsletter design, and related tasks. Her role is vital in ensuring an effective online presence, communicating our initiatives clearly and attractively, and visually documenting the impact of our actions in the communities we serve.

Elvis: Programs
Elvis is tasked with sourcing complementary programs that can contribute to providing our families with a dignified life. Programs such as filters or improved stoves assist in health-related matters, ensuring our contribution brings about comprehensive change in the lives of the families we support.
